Overview
I designed an end-to-end digital car buying experience, letting customers configure a vehicle, explore financing, and complete a purchase entirely online.

The challenge
The traditional buying journey forced customers into the dealership for every decision. The online experience stopped at browsing, with no way to configure, price, or finance a car with confidence.
Process
Mapping the journey
I mapped the full purchase journey to find the points where customers dropped off and where trust needed reinforcement — pricing transparency and financing above all.
The configurator
A visual configurator lets customers build their vehicle with live pricing, then carry that configuration straight into financing and checkout.
Financing with clarity
Financing options were redesigned to be transparent and comparable, so customers could make decisions without pressure.

Usability testing
The purpose of usability testing is to understand whether the participants are able to complete a specific task successfully and how much time it takes for them. In this project, usability testing was conducted in a phased manner in the following stages.
- 1
Define the objectives of the test
- 2
Recruit participants
- 3
Prepare the testing environment
- 4
Conduct the test
- 5
Analyze the results
- 6
Implement changes
Based on the results of usability testing, we implemented some changes to the mockups to ensure a seamless user experience upon the product's launch.
Conclusion
Based on the feedback received from users during usability testing, we analyzed the results and implemented some changes in the existing design, leading to better results.
